If you have a concern with a repair facility please do not "bad mouth" them; this is unprofessional. We are glad to provide advice and help to you when possible, but we do not want to drag a repair facilities name through the mud, so to speak. If you have a concern with an individual or a repair facility we strongly encourage you to work with that person or facility to rectify the situation. We will gladly provide guidance and assistance to you throughout the negotiation process, while maintaining a neutral position, much like a mediator. We do not want to choose sides or participate in a legal battle where we don't belong. These legal actions are not in the best interest of Xowey, and could result in negative repercussions. One quick message about consideration of others...........it's OK to give your opinions about any topic on your mind, in fact, I'd like to encourage it. However, please do your best not to offend or upset anyone with a direct attack, that can take the fun out of it real quick.
Please don't criticize other members: religion, beliefs, race, political preference, or gender. Feel free however, to express support for what you believe..........just please keep it light hearted and fun.
